The new standard baseline SnubbWorks® software module is capable of:
- Standard functions for creating, managing and tracking Technical Specification, Augmented and/or Owner Elected Snubber Inspection Plans.
- Comprehensive planning/scheduling abilities for technical specification visual inspections, initial and expanded functional test requirements and service life monitoring.
- Creating various inspection plans, storing inspection and related data, and instantly producing inspection, management and completion reports.
- Adding/editing/deleting new or existing components and editing/viewing current or expanded plans (additional examination requirements).
- The generation of required status/planning reports with the added ability for the user to produce site specific status queries and compliance reports utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- Integration with a dynamic link to a drawing/viewer program which will display (when available) associated P&ID, isometric and component as-built drawings.
- Maintaining and cross referencing an integrated database of personnel certifications and equipment documentation to individual datasheets.
- Generating snubber inspection datasheets for use by the Maintenance/QC Inspection Department.
- Generating nonconformance and evaluation reports with attachments linking to applicable procedures and information.
