IDDEAL
The new standard baseline IDDEAL® software module is capable of:
- Organizing and tracking ISI inspection work for each refueling outage for the purpose of reviewing and approving testing data submitted from the Nuclear In-Service Inspection and Plant Engineering Department.
- Maintaining and linking a database of NDE personnel certifications (CertWorks®) and NDE equipment documentation (EquipWorks®) to individual datasheets.
- Additional features of CertWorks® and EquipWorks® provide for planning and scheduling personnel and the allocation and tracking of equipment.
- Integration with a dynamic link to a drawing program that can display (when available) associated P&ID, isometric and component as-built drawings.
- Generating inspection datasheets for use by the Nuclear In-Service Inspection and Plant Engineering Department.
- Linking with the existing ISI inspection database in ScheduleWorks® to access the work scope for each refueling outage.
- Generating nonconformance and evaluation reports with attachments linking to applicable procedures and information.
- Producing reports such as: Work Progress, Work Completion, Inspection Results and Management Status Reports.
A master component inspection item list acts as the focal point to access individual items and information scheduled for work.
Individual information for specific scheduled components pertaining to unique item specifications, reference drawings, procedures, inspection records and individual examination requirements is integrated within the program.
Inspection item planning and scheduling is accessed for organizing and tracking inspection scopes with the ability to create/view inspection work packages and track results on specific NDE method inspection data forms.
Complete inspection reports for current item status, deficiencies, nonconformance and evaluations are available. Also provided are management reports for the master inspection plan and status accounting reports such as Work Progress, Work Completion, etc.
